Message to Youngsters: Play it cool ,Always Be Honest .


We choose Mr.Nitin Mane as a leader because he is best sport leader for
Wrestling.We are taken interview of Mr.Mane and he told us various things about
leadership.

He said that he follow his coach when he was a player.He also said that his
coach is best leader for every player. And he is best guider.

According to him Awareness,passion,Confidance,Motivator are the


qualities of a good leader. He said that every leader should have this qualities.

Mr.Mane said that more than 50 followers follows him in sport field. And
he also guide them for making their carriers.

When we asked them how to motivate you your followers then he said that
he is try his best. He told them about career and motivate them by giving some
examples.He told them that there is no shortcuts for success so, they try best for
making career.

He said that he focuses on players health and how they play different than
others.They plan various strategy.

We choose Mr.Uddhav Jadhav as a leader because he is best leader
for milk union.We are taken interview of Mr.Jadhav and he told us various
things about his leadership.
Mr.Jadhav follows Dr.Joshi .According to him he is best leader and he
is follow then since from 30 years.

He said that Good Communication,Passion,Good decision


Making,motivater are important characteristics of a good leader.This skills are
important and necessary for being a good leader.

Mr.Jadhav said that more than 40 followers follows him in field.This

According to mr. Makarand leader should be motivational, calm

understandable towards his team and team work.
