RTS Processing For Retail v1
• Open the excel file “Retail RTS AWB Template” (w/ Macro) with MS Excel

• You will be using this to create the Tracking Sticker
• Consolidate and quarantine all the Retail RTS packages every end-of-day
• Note: Client code (first 4 characters of tracking number) for retail packages: RETL
Summary
1. Scans the original Air Waybill of the RTS packages into the Retail RTS AWB Database, downloads package data of the RTS
packages from there and copies them into the default AWB Template.
2. Hub dispatcher generates and prints the RTS Tracking Sticker using the AWB Template
3. Hub dispatcher attaches the RTS Tracking Sticker below the original Air Waybill of the package.
4. Hub dispatcher scans the RTS Tracking Sticker of each package on Fareye as “At The Hub” status on Transactions - Scan
Package at DC on Fareye.
5. Sort packages based on destination hub and handling type (dry goods vs. dangerous goods)
• Destination hub = current hub: Skip to Step 22 to initiate last mile delivery back to Shipper
• Other hubs: ship to sortation center, continue to next step
6. Dry Goods vs. Dangerous goods (liquids, power banks, etc.) must also be sorted separately per hub.
