Human Resource Department: -


Every organization needs its stack of manpower to carry out its day-to-
day operations. No establishment can operate without being involved
in some kind of transactions with the people in general. Hence HR
department is drawn with special emphasis as this department is
responsible for all activities concerning to the employees of an
organization.

Housekeeping Department: -
The Housekeeping Department is responsible for cleaning,
maintenance, and follow-up of the guest requests. They are also
responsible for the out-looking standard of a hotel.
Now, not just managers but staff at all levels including the
housekeepers are being encouraged to interact with the guests. Since
the feedback they receive is the first hand, it simply helps the
management to respond promptly to the guest requirements.

With technology development, the Reservation Department can, on real
time, access the number and types of rooms available, various room
rates, and furnishings, along with the various facilities existing in the hotel.
There should be close relation-ships with Sales and Marketing Division
concerning large reservations.

Marketing is the study and management of the exchange process. It
involves the things that the property will do to select a target market and
stimulate or alter that market demand for the property services

◆ Greeting Standards: - Friendly Welcome –Namashkar Sir/ Madam, Stand Up,
Make Eye Contac & smile.
◆ Grooming Etiquettes: -All associates project a fresh, professional,
conservative, and well-groomed appearance at all times maintaining the
highest standards.
◆ Discipline: -Working in a Hotel Industry basically taught me many discipline
keys like Punctuality, Grooming standards, maintain no noise Place, Clean
and tidy Personality.
◆ Hospitality: - Hospitality refers to the relationship between a guest and a host,
wherein the host receives the guest with goodwill, including the reception and
entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers with a smile on face.
◆ Delicacies- The Restaurants bring the exotic Culture of Delicacies in
Radisson Blu Marina Hotel playing a very vital role in satisfying a particular
guest.
WEEK III and IV
Telephonic Standards: -A particular standard voice is suppose to assist our
guest on in-house calls and that is “Namashkar Sales. My name is Ayushi
Goel. How may I assist you?

Online Travel Agency (OTA): -OTAs are online companies whose websites
allow consumers to book various travel related services directly via Internet.

Comparative Analysis And Pricing: -I learned to make the comparative


analysis of different Hotels like The Park, Shangri- La’s- Eros, The Lalit, The
Royal Plaza With Radisson Blu Marina On different OTAs and than
accordingly setting the marketing strategies specially in terms of Price.

Delhi NCR Events: -An event can be described as a public assembly for the
purpose of celebration, education, marketing or reunion. Events can be
educational, medical, social, corporate, lifestyle, entertainment, political,
sports, religious, fund-raising.
WEEK V and VI

◆Clientele Information: -
Information like Booking Source, Checked in Date, Checked
out Date, Confirmation Number are fetched out from the hotel
software to know about the guest completely.
◆Mail Merge: -Mail Merge is a powerful tool for writing a
personalized letter or E-mail to many people at the same
time.
WEEK VII
◆ Sales call: -
Sales Call act as an promotional tool for the hotel industry as it
enable the sales team to reach its guest and communicate them
with the complete knowledge about the basic and latest updates of
the hotel face to face.
◆ Bill To Company Contract: -
A contract is a written agreement between a customer and a
provider (contractor). The customer, who is the owner of a job or
project, requests a product or service. Your company, as the
provider, bills the customer for the product or services that you
provide under contract.
◆ Public Relation Meetings and Guest Satisfaction: -
Public Relation is powerful tool used by the hotel industry to satisfy
their guest and retain them for a longer period of span.
CONCLUSION
● The Radisson Blu has its well build brand image with its excellent
services.
● In between the food festivals, offers at room bookings also play a
major role in satisfying the guest.
● The hotels should provide the customized services to the customer’s
needs and expectations.
● The hotels should maintain the database about the customer’s family,
travelling needs, previous hotel experience (if any) and customers
likes, dislikes, lifestyle and needs.
● The company may undertake customer’s information sharing
programs at regular intervals.
● The conclusion is that the marketing tool of Radisson Blu is well-
organized. The Hotel industry sector is challenging and the product
and services provided plays a major role in converting sales into a
profitable business enterprise.
