 Let’s talk about milktea. Milk tea, and its family of

bubbles teas, has been around for decades in various
forms.
 Our mission is to provide a friendly, comfortable
atmosphere where the customers can receive quality
food.
 Our Tea shop will be open from 9am-10pm. Monday
to Sunday.

History
Bubble tea is a tea that is sweet and refreshing and

that originated in the early 1980s in Taiwan. There
are different names by which bubble tea is known
and they are pearl milk tea, boba tea, and. Bubble tea
is so named because of bubbles that were produced
during the shaking process when the tea is being
made; also, another reason is its bottom cup which is
shaped like a dome.
History
This Asian drink usually has little balls that are

squishy – tapioca pearls – in nature and goes
through the drinker’s straw. Bubble tea or Pearl Milk
tea, is a sweet-flavored drink with a tea base, mixed
with fruit or milk and small tapioca balls or pearls
called, “boba.”
Background
One of the trends which attracts most of the youth is

chain of coffee and milk tea shops. Because they have
air conditioning and free WIFI so now they become
ideal. This proves that milk tea is one of the
favourites drinking of youth community, particularly
students and employees.

is that they are specializing healthy milk tea and their
company established in 2010 already.

world specially adults. Every morning or even at work
people rely on their morning fix to get going for their

Our aim of starting Tea-Gang is to ensure that we are

the preferred milk tea business in Naga City. We
have our set strategies that will ensure that we can
not only make our intended profit but also that we
can favourably compete with our competitors.
Our Competitive advantage we have is the fact that

we are constantly have new recipes that will create
different flavours and type of the milk tea. We want
our customers to remain intrigued with the different
flavours that we have to offer. Asides, from the
different flavours we intend to offer, we also intend
to ensure that the ingredients used in making our
milk tea are of top quality.
