The “Library” displays the videos, projects, play lists and mediabooks that are stored on your computer.
It allows you to search for specific videos through using the properties of the clips. See the “Setting Clip
Properties” buttons on the right hand side.
You can search through either
“Categories” of videos or the
“Folders” on your computer in order
to find clips to use.

By clicking on specific
values within each
category you can filter to

When recording video clips through “DV Import” it will help you to organise and then find the clips in your
“Library” if you spend a little time setting their properties.
The “Clip Properties” can be found at the bottom of the “DV Import” screen.

The “Analyzer Storyboard” within “Analyzer” allows you to label and provide information about each
whole video that is shown in the storyboard.
The main functions are highlighted and described below.

Key Positions Controls
You can flick between the Add Key Position – press this button to add a key position at a specific point
“Storyboard” and “Key Positions” of the video clip
using the tabs on this bar. Delete Key Positions – press this button to remove any key positions that
you do not want

When recording video clips through “InTheAction” it will help you to organise and then find the clips in

The “Drawing Tools” within “Analyzer” and “InTheAction” allow you to draw on to and alter parts of
the image that is shown in the main screen.
