Getting Started
You will need the following:
1. Your unionbank ATM Card number (eWALLET,
EON, UNIONTELLER) and account number
2. Your unionbank ATM PIN
3. Most current internet browsers (Internet Explorer,
Mozilla FireFox, Opera, Safari, Chrome)
Enrollment:
Before you can use online banking, the first thing you'll have to do is enroll your accounts via
the UnionBank online enrollment form.

To access the enrollment form, on all our Retail Online banking sites, click the option
ENROLL HERE

4 EASY STEPS TO ENROLL


STEP 1. Enter your ATM card number and pin
STEP 2. Create your User ID (Note: Please create 3 user ids of your choice)
STEP 3. Confirm your User ID
STEP 4. Complete the enrollment form

To validate your enrollment, we will match the information entered below


against existing records.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Enrollment request will be processed in 2 BANKING DAYS

-Approved/ Rejected enrollment requests will receive an


email notification once online banking access has been
processed. Only applicable to applications with registered
email address.
LOGGING-IN
To log in follow these steps.
STEP 1. Go to the log-in page.
STEP 2. Enter your User ID and ATM PIN*.
STEP 3. Start banking online!

For E-Wallet Accounts Initial password will be ATM


PIN then followed by an Alphanumeric as the Log-
in password.

All E-wallet accounts are migrated and should be


Self-service enabled.

EON as of now are not yet (TBA) migrated into


Self-service resetting.

GSIS accounts log-in password are always PIN


based.

1. LOG IN PASSWORD– Working ATM PIN

• How to Change or Replace ATM PIN? Only in an ATM


• If forgotten? Cannot be reset or retrieved. Card replacement should be requested.
• With Expiry? None
• Client has 3 LOG-IN PIN tries 2 for ONLINE and 1 on ATM.
• If Client had 2 BAD PIN tries Online, it is subjected for ENABLING (CCMS).
• ATM access will be automatically Enabled the next day 12:01am.

2. TRANSACTION PASSWORD - Created on Initial Log in (MANDATORY)

How to replace? Change Transaction Password option is available inside users online
banking account. on “My Profile” tab

If forgotten? Coordinate with Customer Service Group or Servicing Branch and request
transaction password reset.

With Expiry? Yes. 180 days


Online Banking Passwords (E-Wallet)

Initial log-in password Working ATM PIN THEN Alphanumeric Login password.

How to Change or replace ATM PIN? Only in an ATM

you view your account balance and transactions any time.

UnionBank Internet Banking gives you access to the balances and


transactions of your Savings, Checking, EON and Time Deposit Accounts,
Car and Mortgage Loans, and UnionBank Credit Cards.

- View your credit card statements (for UnionBank Account Access only)
View details of your credit card, and get an up-to-date listing of your credit
card transactions.
Online Banking Key Features
- View your loan details (for UnionBank Account Access only)
View online details of your car and mortgage loan. You can view detailed
information about your loan including the balance, term, payment amount and
payment schedule.

- Transfer funds (not available in GSIS Online Banking)


No more waiting in line to transfer funds or pay bills. Transfer funds between
your own or to other UnionBank accounts. You can also enroll in the facility to
transfer funds to other banks.

- Pay Bills
You can pay your credit card, insurance/pre-need/premiums, utility bills, on your
own time and from you home. You can even schedule a bills payment for a
later date!

Client will be the ones who can ADD, EDIT or REMOVE EFTs provided
that their Online Banking access are still Active.

Email Address
Client will be the ones who will update their email address on “ My
Profile” link.

Mobile Number
If possible Client will be the ones who will update their Mobile number
on “ My Profile” link. For Over seas Clients that are unable to receive
(mobile is not roaming activated) SMS notifications, they are subjected
for a Manual password resetting LOG-ON and/or Transaction
password.

Make sure that Old card is closed.
