Configuration File and Template

 A configuration file is in XML format. It contains all the configuration data of a

NodeB and can be loaded to the NodeB .
 To apply the configured data in XCT, you need to export the data into a
configuration file and then load it to the NodeB through an LMT.
 When exporting a configuration file, XCT checks the integrity and validity of
the data, and prompts the operator with the results.
 To facilitate NodeB configuration, XCT provides a set of templates for typical
NodeB configurations. Each template contains a set of default configurations
for a NodeB.
 A template will be named as

<NodeB type>_<demodulation type>_<sector>_<TRX>_<transmit

mode>.xml
Example
BTS3812E_2-Channels Demodulation_3_2_Transmitter Non-diversity.xml
