    Input Devices
     Aninput device is any hardware
    component that allows you to enter
    data and instructions onto a
    computer. Six Widely used input
    devices are the keyboard, mouse,
    microphone, scanner, digital camera
    and PC video camera.
    Output Devices
     An output device is any hardware
    component that conveys information
    to one or more people. Three
    commonly used output devices are a
    printer, a monitor and speakers.
    BIOS
     Acronym for basic input/output
    system, the built-in software that
    determines what a computer can do
    without accessing programs from a
    disk. On PCs, the BIOS contains all
    the code required to control the
    keyboard, display screen, disk
    drives, serial communications, and a
    number of miscellaneous functions.

    Cost Effective Routes for I/O
    Devices
     Whether the use of a I/O device is for the office
    secretary, the store manager or the home
    entertainment buff and gamer. Input and Output
    devices no matter their purpose have a number a
    routes that these users can go to get the devices
    for better than average prices. Most of the data
    that I collected I obtain from browsing BestBuy’s
    website.
    -Home Users-
    Home Users can purchase a television with HDMI
    inputs so that the T.V. can double as a monitor
    as well.

    of items individually. Such as a Mouse and
    Keyboard bundle where you get both together

    -Office Use (Secretary)-
    Along with the home use the secretary as well could
    take advantage of the keyboard and mouse
    combo but along with that for document use in
    the office she could look for all-in-one printer,
    scanner and fax machine.

    better deal and price for office

    Store mangers if handy and price conscious would
    probably think to look for the best prices on
    equipment needed. If they were to look on the
    internet for a new Bar-Code Scanner then they
    would find there are quite a few bargains to be
    found.
