TRANSFER

INTRODUCTION
 In case an employee has not withdrawn PF amount from the last Organization and
using the same UAN number in the present Organization, it is important to transfer
the money from the previous account to the new one.

 To do this there are some simple steps to follow which are shown in the next few
slides.
1. LOG IN TO WWW.EPFINDIA.GOV.IN
A PAGE WILL OPEN AS SHOWN BELOW.
2. CLICK ON THE “ONE EMPLOYEE – ONE EPF ACCOUNT”.
3. FILL IN THE UAN NO. AND PUT IN THE PASSWORD THAT YOU
HAVE KEPT DURING KYC ACTIVATION
4. CLICK ON THE DROP DOWN SIGN OF THE “ONLINE
SERVICES” AND THEN CLICK ON THE HIGHLIGHTED TAB.
5. CLICK ON THE CIRCLE AGAINST THE “PRESENT EMPLOYER” AND THEN
FILL MEMBER ID/UAN AND THEN CLICK ON GET DETAILS.
AN OTP WILL COME ON THE REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER AND THAT
NEEDS TO BE FILLED AND CLICK ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON.
IMPORTANT NOTES

Online transfer requests are accepted only when :-


 KYC details are seeded against the UAN.
 Only one transfer request against the previous member ID can be accepted.
 If previous / present (Exempted) trust bank account and IFS code are available.
 Please ensure that the personal information is correct before proceeding with
transfer claim submission.
