the project objectives.
DEFINING PROJECT GOALS

the main task in this phase is to


set clear project goals and
objectives that are SMART
(Specific, Measurable,
Attainable, Realistic, and Time-
bound).
PLANNING
 Planningis key. The successful implementation
and closure of a project depends on the kinds
of planning that underwent prior to its
beginning. Action items, desired results, and
how to achieve then must be clearly defined
from the beginning of the project all the way to
the end.
IMPLEMENTATION
 This phase involves detailing how a plan is
executed and how changes can be done in
cases where it is necessary to do so.
Documentation of all the work, its results,
special incidents, tough decision, major and
minor changes, etc. should be done at all times
for future references.
CLOSURE
Project closure signifies the end of the
project. Every closure involves post
evaluation of all the processes that it
went through to conclude whether the
project was a success or a failure.
 CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)
-Also known as CMS, refers to a software application or a set of
related programs which are used to create and manage digital
content.
 ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT (ECM)
