 A strategic plan is a tool that provides guidance in

focus energy and resources, strengthen operations,
ensure that employees and other stakeholders are
working toward common goals,

constantly changing. New competitors enter the
market. Existing competitors launch new products
and services and take aggressive steps such as

completion of a series of steps by different
departments within your organization. If one
