INTRODUCTION
 Online Gas Booking System is a android
application which provides online-Gas booking
service.
 The users can Book Cylinder from any place and
any time
 This helps the customer to migrate already
established connection to the new location
accordingly.

Scope
 Three basic users – Customer, Admin and Dealer.
 GUI is available in many languages.
 Customer can search for agencies and make online connection
request. They also can view their connection and delivery
expenses.
 Generate report on Booking.

Existing System
 In manual system, to add a new customer they have to add their
records in register.
 If a customer wants to change his or her addresses , it is difficult
to update or change his or her profile into register
 When a customer comes for cylinder refills they have to first
check their validity. Then they will book his refill in the register,
which is very time consuming.
 In manual system they have to daily update the stock register.

Problem Identification
 It is really very difficult to maintain the all records.
 Such operation can not work properly like add, delete, update
etc.
 It don’t have any security of data.
 It is all very difficult to search any records of old transaction
 It is very time consuming.

Proposed System
 Easy to update and modify data.
 Works become more speedy.
 Become very understandable and easier for the user.
 All register value store properly and easy to search

cost.
 Increase security, speed, storing and accuracy.
 Managing and maintaining data becomes easier.
 cost effective due to very high amount and reliability of
storage space available in the proposed system
