• In the Illustrations
Group, Click SmartArt
• Choose A SmartArt
Graphic
• Click OK if you already
have chosen your
preference

in this Area. If you
decide to add just press
“Enter” in the Keyboard

• To make sure that

appears, Click the
chosen Smart Art
• Click Design in the
Menu Bar and Click
Change Colors to

Slide Master
Use Slide Master in
Creating a Template
• Click View Menu
• In the Master Views
Group, Click Slide
Master
• After Clicking the Slide
Master the Icons will
change
Back to Menu

 Create Template
• The Slide Master is now in
the Menu Tab. So it is
understood that Whatever
you do in this Slide, will not
affect the Main
Presentation instead it will
create a template
• Click Close Master View if
satisfied with the Design 

Create Button with
Hyperlinking
• Click Insert Menu
• In the Illustrations
Group, Click Shape Right Click Mouse
• Click Rectangle: to see Hyperlink
Rounder Corners
• Then Draw desired size
in the Presentation
Back to Menu
 Insert Hyperlink
• Click Place in This
Document. The Select a
place in this document
will change to the
created Slides. Click the
particular Slide Titles
where to redirect the
Button. The Slide
Preview can affirm the  Note: The next created button will have the same process
Selection but different Slide Titles to redirect 
• Click OK if finished 
