1) Gathering related literature is important to clarify the variables being studied and remove any vagueness. It helps determine the different research variables and delimitations.
2) Conducting an adequate literature review boosts the researcher's confidence and enriches their knowledge and understanding of the variables.
3) Examples of major and sub-variables are provided, such as studying habits, time spent studying, and methods of studying.

Related literature is also called conceptual
literatiure.Gathering literature related to the research is
very important to clarify the different variables being studied. The related literature removes any vagueness surrounding concepts central to the study . If the review of related literature and the studies are gathered appropriately and adequately, the different research variables and the delimitation of the study are determined. The indicators oer variables are likewise identified and objectively established .All indicators are clearly based on read articles from different publish materials like reference, books, textbooks, manuals, encyclopedias, dictionaries, bulletins, broadsheets, journals, periodicals, etc. In addition to these printed sources, there are also electronic references from the internet. As a whole the purpose of gathering adequate related litareature is to boost the confidence of the researcher. He/she enriches his/her knowledge and comprehension about the variables being studied. In this is able to satisfy any questions that may be raised by his/her collegues, members of the panels during the thesis or proposal of defense , or even by readers. Examples of major variable: Study Habits Examples of sub-variable: Time spent studying: methods of studying place of study Examples of indicators for methods of studying: Using Books and other reference materials: Writing important key terms and pharses : memorizing definitions: doing homework: asking parents about unclear concepts. Effective study habits -- studying smarter -- can be learned to improve your ability to better retain reading material. These habits include approaching study with the right attitude, choosing the right environment, minimizing distractions, setting a realistic schedule, and employing memory games, among others. Sub-variable. A sub-variable is a variable (question or loop) which is indented to another parent variable. For example, a loop variable by definition needs at least onesub-question. Sub-variable. A literature review is a specific type of research paper that focuses on publish literature on a give topic, It is often the first step in doing original research scientific of otherswise. It is more than a mere summary of the literature, however, as it presents anaylses patterens and critiques of individual sources, groups of sources and the body literature as a whole. Open web sources ( a person’s private home page,as opposed to peer-reviewed online journals or licensed database sites that provide access to scholarly works) are not usually considered reliable sources for academic research . Place each work in the context of its contribution to the understanding of the subject under review. Describe the relationship of each work to the others under consideration. Identify new ways to interpret and shed light on any gaps in previous reseacrh. Resolve conficts between or among studies arising from obviously of seemingy contradictory ideas. Identify areas of proir scholarship to prevent duplication of effort. Point the way forward for further research. Place one’s original work( in the case of these of dissertations) in the context of existing literature.
