problems during the early years of your business operation? ANSWER 1. We took this business from my mother in law. At first we are not familiar with the preparation of food and management. So it was me and my husband who have done everything until we learn and eventually we hired about 18 people to help us from cooking to cleaning. 2. I was a nursing student but my first choice was culinary arts but since it was just a certificate course and expensive. I chose to take nursing instead. 3. Since it was a food business I make sure about cleanliness and freshness of our food to avoid spoilage. It’s better to cook just right compared to many as you will only spoil. 4th Did you follow the tips from a successful businessman or practitioner before you engaged in you business?

I did not follow any tip from anyone just have my mother in law doing the taste test on the food that we prepared. 5. The best business practice I can share is that business owners should learn how to handle their people and how to train them. You cannot teach something to someone unless you have to experienced it. 6.Managing and accounting is important at all workers are degree holder so one should learn how to do is job well.
