Why need to configure Baseband EQM ?
• ULOCELL are bind with baseband equipment in order to provide
3G coverage services.
• UL basebandeqm – Baseband equipment that capable for uplink
services
• DL basebandeqm – Baseband equipment that capable for
downlink services
• The baseband processing units in a set of baseband equipment
capable of processing uplink services (or uplink and downlink
services) must be configured else ULOCELL establishment will
be failed.

3 Preparation
2. Device Connection
Step 1 Verify that the AP works in AP mode.
If the AP has a physical button for setting the working mode, push the button to the position
indicating the AP mode.
If the AP does not have such a physical button, log in to the AP management page in advance to set
the working mode to the AP mode.
(The 3G mode can also support the WDT to perform deployment more steadily.)

3 Preparation Applying for License the WDT
3. Site Preparation
Preparation: Enter in WDT and finish register, please keep online.
Step 1 Enter in WDT main interface and display Local Sites. It will be empty when you start WDT at first time. You can click “+” to create a new site.
First enter WDT, prompts the user to automatically upload data, click “OK” to enable upload business fields; click “Cancel” will not automatically upload. Also, you can turn on automatically upload switch in Settings -> General
interface. And it will automatically upload test result when WiFi network connection is available.
Step 2 Click Online Sites. WDT supports to search site by key words and click Batch button supports batch operation.
Step 3 Click filter icon to filter sites.
Step 4 Click download icon, download the common file and site file to smartphone. ( Please pre-configure the file on the WDTRP. Compression file supports to upload .zip package. BTS software package also support .7z
format. )
Step 5 After download files, please return to local list page. Click site name to enter in navigation page.
Note: Start WDT, it will automatically obtain data from WDTRP and update WDTConfig. If WDTConfig is modified on the WDTRP during use process, please quit WDT and restart, WDTConfig will be automatically update on
the phone.

6 Advanced Detection

Step 1 After logging in to the base station, click RTWP.
Step 2 Query RRUs that have been configured on base station.
Step 3 If multiple RRUs are configured, add the ALL option, and test multiple RRUs at a time. Users can modify the threshold and measurement time as required (it takes 3 minutes at most to change the value).
Step 4 Click Start measure to view test status of the current RRU. The measurement can be terminated at any time during the test. Flick left or right to view test status of other RRUs.
