INTRODUCTION
ECOMMERCE
Electronic commerce, commonly known as E-commerce or eCommerce, is
trading in products or services using computer networks, such as the
Internet. Electronic commerce draws on technologies such as mobile
commerce, electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet
marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange
(EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection
systems

The type of design being used for making this project is Meta-Analysis Design
SAMPLING SIZE
80 respondents were taken as the population of online shopping
DATA COLLECTION METHOD
Primary Data as well as Secondary Data

Convenience sampling
FINDINGS
There are approx. 57.5% of the e-commerce users are youth age between 16-24
Years.
Male gender mostly prefers of buy product from e commerce site were female
are less in amount to prefer they prefer physical market store to buy product.
Mostly the users who buy product from ecommerce site are student they mostly
prefer ecommerce sites to buy product and service man & self-employed are in
second to buy product
The income graph says that less than 2 lakhs per annum income person buy
mostly product and the amount of income increases the number of person
decreases.
There are 45% people who buy product more than a month and 36.3%-person
people buy once 1-2 month
Mostly the e-commerce site flipkart is suggested by the individual approx 46.8%
says that and in second the most preferred site amazon 43.8% says that
RECOMMENDATION
As still in India large segment of population is untapped regarding the
online shopping the available online shopping stores can widen their
market by getting into expansion strategies
The cost of the product should be cheaper from the market than a large
number of buyers will come to buy products.
There is also need to remove the fear in the minds the customers regarding
the product quality, durability and payments etc. in online shopping
Wide expansion of internet facilities in rural areas can bring the more
customers for the online shopping sites.
The shipping cost of the product should not be their because most of the
buyer will not buy product
