Stop Start Continue Change Management Model

The Stop Start Continue Change (SSCC) management model is used as a quick tool to look at service improvement. It can generate ideas, solve problems, and negotiate behavior changes. The model involves identifying things to stop, start, continue, and change. Groups are asked to list three items for each category that could improve their organization or service based on what is currently not working, what should be implemented, what is working well, and what needs to change. The results are then collated into a final report.

continued? (Something we
should CONTINUE).

that we have to change? [Something we should change]
