INTRODUCTION
 World is reforming in many ways in context of the technology and is trying to
reframe alternatives for the drastic consequences of the climate change, be it in field
of science, history, geography or inculcating efficiency in day to day lives. In terms of
technology, it is propagating new innovations to rejuvenate the previous approach. A
good environment inside a building is not only important because it will make the
occupants comfortable, but also because it will decide on consumption of energy.
The major uses of energy in a building include air-conditioners, lights, fans, etc.
Therefore, to find solutions to reduce the energy loads during the operational phase
of a building, several researchers around the world are exploring ways to overcome
this problem. Commercial and Residential buildings with heavy energy load and not
thermally comfortable lead to less productivity of the workers and their health
also suffers.

Electricity is now 61% of all energy consumed in commercial and residential buildings.
Continuing…..
• Researchers around the world are researching to find
solutions to reduce functional energy load during the
operational phase of the building.
• Commercial buildings and thermal facilities with heavy
energy load increase the productivity of workers and their
health also suffer.
• Therefore, knowing that health and well-being is key to
productivity, for which thermal comfort is to be maintained.
Saving of Energy
• Temperature priority is quite different
among individuals, and it is not
possible to satisfy everyone in the
group.
• However, the thermal comfort series is
defined in SP: 41, where the Tropical
Summer Index (TSI) is between
optimum conditions at 25.5 ° C and 30
° C at 27.5 ° C.
• The heat of the environment is found
between 30 ° C and 34 ° C (TSI), and is
found very hot above this limit.
Study
• The major uses of energy in the building include light, fan, AC and
so on.
• Therefore, we have some areas like Jammu, Udhampur, Lucknow,
Shimla, Hamirpur, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Pathankot, Rajpura etc.
Chennai, Anantapur, Puducherry, Trivandrum, Hyderabad,
Bangalore, Dharwad etc. in the south; East of Gangtok, Itanagar,
Jorhat, Shillong etc. and in the west Jodhpur, Jaipur, Surat, Vadodara,
Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad etc., And in the west, Jodhpur,
Jaipur, Surat, Vadodara, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad etc., a
survey of residential and non-residential buildings in 80 cities of
the country was done in 2014-15 and it was observed that the
surveyed private 800 residential buildings (houses ) No electrical
design was done for 90% of electrical appliances (lights, and ACs).

• Because of which power consumption was found to be very much. In view of

this problem, it has been tried to find some solution, which has been described
in this article.
The need to design energy-efficient building
 Researchers around the world are working to find solutions to
reduce functional energy load during the operational phase of the
building. This is an attempt in the same direction. In which an app
can find solutions to deal with the above issues and challenges.
Therefore an attempt has been made to measure the effectiveness
of many instrumental devices used in different types of buildings,
so that the user has an opportunity to customize or reduce the
load of electricity.
 The second objective is also that this app works well for applying
a person with appropriate capacity according to the size of the
room. This work includes a better perspective for its relevance in
various aspects of artificial equipment and building, whether it is
for its ability in artificial light, fan, AC and similarly energy-
efficient buildings and it determines the approach of Android to
the artificial equipment. Be beneficial, and therefore become user-
friendly.
Basic electrical appliance
One step towards designing the Energy Efficient Building
 The function of the an App is to define that how to reduce the energy
load as per the requirement.
 It maintains energy efficient ratios for the calculation of the air
exchange, through which we can describe the level of energy required
to normalize the temperature.
 It also includes other features in which the number of people is asked,
through which the impact of heat and therefore the weight of energy
can be reduced keeping in view all the parameters.
 The main measure of energy performance for labeling air conditioners
is the energy efficient ratio of the product (EER). The power of EER
consumption is used to know the ability to cool.
One step towards designing the Energy Efficient
Building
 Higher the EER the energy efficiency of the air
conditioner (window and partition) will be better. Energy
labeling program has been done by the Bureau of Energy
Efficiency (BEE).
 Due to the presence of large and organized
manufacturers, some major brands are already making
devices for 5-star ratings.
 Since the climate is also the beneficiary part of the heat
efficiency, it has been measured and according to the
climate situation, the thermal management is done in
relation to ECBC (2017).
 Green Building is the main goal of the Government for
energy saving, so this app will provide assistance to meet
this urgent need and provide guidance to the consumer.
Climate Map of India
Main standards study
• Green buildings can be designed to make them responsive
to regional climate, and less active strategies can be used
to help provide an acceptable range of hot comfort
through the weather. Passive solar heating maximizes the
sun's warming benefit in hot weather. Useful shading and
natural air (ventilation) is used to reduce the temperature
inside the passive cooling building, and provides air flow
to increase comfort. Ventilation time is also important.
Research by the authors has also shown that during the
night when the outside temperature is less than 20
degrees, its maximum intake reduces the temperature
inside the buildings .
Development of low energy generation in Indian climate
Main standards study

• Lighting is a key requirement in our official life and

also plays an important role, but it is not used in
proper management. Whether buildings and
structures are naturally burnt or artificially, light is
the medium that allows us to see and appreciate
beauty in our adjoining buildings.

• To make a successful balance between lighting and

architecture, it is important to remember the three
key aspects of architecture lighting: Beauty, Function,
and Skills.
Main standards study
•Aesthetics is where designers and architects focus on the
emotional impact of balance of light and architecture.
Therefore, the SP: 41 (1987) book has been defined in its
specialty app, which according to the type of building
maintains the requirement of artificial light with respect to
the room. For example, in the cabin for office or staff 300 lux
is an essential parameter.

• According to the required Lux calculation of lumen, light is

described to do the lighting properly in order to maintain the
light effect, because more lumen starts in the beginning, so
the heat effect can increase, due to which the heat rest is
managed It can not be done and we have to increase the load
to maintain it.
Main standards study

• The most important part in the light is the bright

possibility (glare) to maintain in the working bench
so that the probability of this glow can be calculated
and according to the type of room according to the
luminance of the corresponding room and the
lumen to keep in mind is kept.

• While calculating the lumen, the number of LED

bulbs is also taken as work so that it can be
suggested to the user how many bulbs are required
to meet the required lux management.
• LED bulbs are used because the CFL light saves more energy compared
to this, so that overall cost management can be done.

Save about 50%

of Energy
Main standards study

• Another prominent part in the form of artificial

instruments is the fan which should be installed in
the room with its size and accordingly it can be
rested.
• Therefore, to fulfill this requirement, SP: 41
(1987) and National Building Code (NBC) 2016
have been studied.
• With this study, the authors calculated the size of
the fan according to the RPM of the wings and the
size of the room, through which heat rest is
maintained and the energy load can be reduced.
