Scrum Project Management

Scrum is an agile framework for managing projects that involves short development cycles called sprints, daily stand-up meetings, and product demonstrations at the end of each sprint. Key roles in Scrum include the Scrum Master who helps the team adopt Scrum, the Product Owner who prioritizes features, and the development team. The goal is to iteratively and incrementally deliver working software to obtain feedback and continually improve the product.
