 The sports event management system is a
project where students can find the details of
various games and the information of the
college where the games are being
conducted. This project provide user friendly
environment to the student and the admin.
Admin will add all the collected information
in the project where students can see and get
register for the game.

 Admin-It will get log in with a unique
username and password. Admin will add all
the information of the games conducted in
various colleges and can also view the
participating colleges, student,and the
respective event details.
 Student-They will login to the database and
view the upcoming tournament details
according to the particular sports.
 New User-They will first register themselves.
 Add Tournament Details-The admin can
add,delete and update the particular Event.
 View Sports Details-The players details
according to the particular sports can be
viewed. Here depending on the sport, the
tournament date ,time and the venue is saved
in the database for further confirmation.
 View College Details-Here the details of the
participating college are mentioned according
to the particular Event.
 View Student Details-Here the can be viewed.
 Log out-This module allows the user to
Logout the application. Further operations
cannot be performed after user exits.
This could be some of the aspects for the
expansion of our project:-

 Live score update can also during live match.


 Online payment for the player can be
peformed.
 Expansion of Android application can be
implemented.
