ELON MUSK
Elon Reeve Musk ( born June 28, 1971) is a technology entrepreneur, investor, engineer, and
rapper.
• He is the founder, CEO, and lead designer of private space transport company SpaceX
• Co-founder, CEO, and product architect of leading car company Tesla, Inc.;
• Co-founder and co-chairman of OpenAI.
• Co-founder of PayPal.
CHARACTERISTICS
• Proved that Serial Entrepreneurship Can Bring Success.

Elon Musk proved us that serial entrepreneurship is not a bad idea at all, but only if done properly.
Through his company PayPal, he showed us to make payments within seconds, and thus entirely
modifying worldwide ecommerce. The invested money he get from acquisition of paypal into
SpaceX. SpaceX built spaceships at a very low cost as compared to NASA’s spaceships costs. Tesla
electric cars have also started alluring the customers, Elon Musk is also credited with the creation
of Zip2, which was the predecessor of Google Maps. Through these various projects in different
fields, he has demonstrated that being a serial entrepreneur can be real fun and rewarding.
• Always Aims for Bigger Picture

He has selected three major areas, namely space, clean energy and the internet. He is ready to
take big risks in each of these fields and has no particular short-term gains in sight. Over the
coming 10–20 years, he is targeting to place a man on Mars and wants to retire on Mars with
80,000 other colonists!
GAUTAM SHANTILAL ADANI
• Gautam Shantilal Adani (born 24 June 1962) is an Indian billionaire industrialist who is the
chairman and founder of the Adani Group .
• He founded the Adani Group in 1988 and diversified his business into resources, logistics,
energy, agriculture, defence and aerospace, amongst others.

Firstly Setting up a goal and motivating team for precise objective.
Second, the scale that emerges by thinking big drives solutions that otherwise may have seemed
infeasible or uneconomical.
And third and most importantly, such vision helps attract the type of people that get excited by the
massive challenges that many businesses would not even consider.
Over the years this has become the core mantra of success for the leadership philosophy Mr.
Adani has espoused and the Group’s growth is a manifestation of the Company’s empowered
leaders delivering extraordinary results.
• PHILANTHROPIST
Adani Foundation is the Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility arm and has increasingly
become a key area of focus for Mr. Adani.
The Adani Foundation’s healthcare programs touch the lives of over 200,000 people every year.

Evan Spiegel
Born in 1990 in Los Angeles, California, Evan Spiegel is the co-founder and CEO of Snap Inc., the
parent company of Snapchat.
Spiegel developed the idea for the popular photo- and video-sharing app while attending
Stanford University, alongside former fraternity brother Bobby Murphy.

In 2013, Evan Spiegel could have walked away $3 billion dollars richer but instead, Spiegel took a
risk and declined Facebook’s offer to develop his struggling business. So instead of taking the
offer which would of lead him to a set life, he took a chance on his company and had to hope that
Snapchat’s popularity will grow eventually with time.
Also in order to pursue his social-networking business, Spiegel dropped out of Stanford
University.
• PERCEPTIVE
With the advancement of technology, Evan Spiegel took the opportunity to grow with time.
Inspired by a friend who regretted posting something online, Spiegel saw that the sense of privacy
in social media was missing. He saw the need for another method of sending pictures and videos
to people in a private way while still being fun, current and interactive. Spiegel viewed technology
as a tool to shape peoples’ lives.
So Evan created an app that did just that, he produced an app that comprised of privacy while still
providing people an easy way to tell a story that lasts for a maximum of 24 hours.
As everything is live and in the moment, there is a sense of urgency since the photos disappear
after being viewed giving them a compulsive need to post more.
It’s about sharing stories from your life with people who are interested.
