guest . Welcome them and make them feel at home.
Its main function is to maintain guest folios and post charges to
the guest bills at checkout time.

with their luggage. While check out take down the luggage
from the guest room and safely put it at the bell desk.

The Garde Manger or The Cold Kitchen is place where all the
carvings and displays are carried out.
Butchery is the section where all the meat, poultry and fish
are slaughtered and then are distributed to different
kitchens for different preparations.
It is a place where the preparation of Cakes, Breads, Pastries
and Tarts takes place. It also provides a large variety of
dessert and beverages for the guest.
