Technology has significantly impacted communication in several ways: 1) It provides many tools to enhance communication abilities like blogs, bots, social media, email, phones, etc that allow quick and easy sharing of information. 2) While technology speeds up communication and makes it more efficient and professional, it also brings limitations like information overload, system failures, and requiring a level of technical literacy. 3) The combination of technology and communication is called the backbone of social interactions and has revolutionized how people connect through new mechanisms like video conferencing, messaging, and tweeting.

calls when they are on move

physical gestures and facial expressions

• Information overload or difficulty in effective
information selection

• Fatigue and frustration encountered
• Requirement of a certain level of technical
