 To design and manufacture a robotic arm
with 3 degree of freedom which can be
controlled by bluetooth technology and can
perform following task:
1. Pick and place things from one place to
another.
2. To perform welding for industrial purpose.
3. To do spray painting for automobile
industries.
4. To perform assembly at industries.
 Robotic arm : Industrial robot with human
hand like structure.
 Reprogrammable device programmed
motions
 A mechanical arm with movable base
controlled by blue tooth HC-05 and
programmed with Arduino Uno.
 It can be controlled by four potentionmeter
attached to it, potentiometer is used to
control servo motors.
 These servos allows and helped the arm to
pick and place object.
 In industry signalling to the robotic arm
with the help of wires. So the wires takes
more space and cost is also very high.

 To avoid the drawbacks of wired robotic arm


we are going to propose the new system.
 This system can control the robotic arm with
the help of Bluetooth technology.

design and control of robotic ram using
mobile application and bluetooth HC-05.

 Roboticarm designed very efficiently as it is


cpable to lift the object of small and medium
weight accurately and precisely.
