HISTORY OF CIGANEA
Ciganea Restaurant was established in 1981 in the village of Mekargalih, Ciganea,
Purwakarta, the location now known as Pemuda Street Number 31, Ciganea,
Purwakarta (exit toll gate of Jatiluhur/Ciganea), which is now the center of Ciganea’s
Restaurant. Ciganea Restaurant was founded by the couple Rd. Atik Djayasaputra and
Hj. Aminah, started from a food stall with only 2 tables, with a very simple menu of
fried chicken, fried fish & chili sauce, and serving only for the Transportation and Road
Traffic Service officer who placed portable scales in front of Rd. Atik Djayasaputra’s
house.
The name or trademark of Ciganea Restaurant was registered to the intellectual
property department in 2004.
Now, Ciganea Restaurant has become a large, growing & franchising restaurant.

2. Ciganea Restaurant always uses the best and freshest food ingredients, such as the quality of chicken,
meat, freshness of the vegetables and the quality of the ingredients in the packaging.

Ciganea Restaurant’s customers so that they always get the best place in Ciganea Restaurant.

will control the FPB with the goods. If the goods are available, FPB will be send to Kitchen (production).
