1. Introduction

• Background
An narration of how the student encountered the business assignment that
became the topic of their Final Project.
• Compamy Profile
• The history of the company,
• The industry, or scope of business, of the company,
• Description of the unit or branch analyzed in the Final Project,
• The business issue faced by said unit.
• Why there is a necessity for the business issue to be solved
• The urgency
• How to find indicators to determine whether the issue has been solved.

2.1. Conceptual Framework
• Purpose: help in finding the root cause of the business issue.

• The criteria of a good conceptual framework are a good balance of rigor


and relevance, i.e.:
• Having sufficient theoretical basis, and
• Relevant to the actual existing business context

• Content:
• the internal aspect of the company
• the industrial situation

2.2. Analysis of Business Situation


• all the factors will help the readers to understand the business situation of
the company/industry involved
• cite the source of data and the methods used.
• Two alternatives
• research methodology and business analysis as separate sections
• the explanation can be given before presenting the data and the analysis
2.3. Conclusion of the Business Analysis
• analyze the results of the exploration holistically;
• a conclusion on which factor(s) act as the root cause of the business
issue.
