Learning objectives:
At the end of the lesson, student should
be able to:
• State at least 10 from 15 computer lab
rules.
• State at least 3 step to handling
equipment responsibly.
• State at least 2 importance's of data and
user security.

1. Pupils are prohibited to enter the lab unless authorised
by the teacher.
(Pelajar dilarang masuk tanpa kebenaran guru).
2. Scan diskettes before using them.
(Scan disket / pendrive sebelum menggunakannya)
3. Report all problems related to the system to the
teacher.
(Laporkan segala masalah berkaitan komputer kepada
guru)
4. Do not attempt to repair or tamper with lab equipment.
(Dilarang memperbaiki atau merosakkan peralatan
komputer)

5. Be responsible when using equipment, software and
facilities in the lab.
(Menggunakan peralatan, perisian dan kemudahan di
dalam makmal komputer dengan bertanggungjawab)
6. Do not move any equipment from its original position.
(Dilarang mengubah kedudukan peralatan komputer)
7. Do not remove or load any software into the computer.
(Dilarang membuang atau memasukkan sebarang
perisian/ program ke dalam komputer)
8. Do not change the settings in the computer.
(Dilarang membuat perubahan arahan di dalam

9. Save all work in external storage device and not in the


computer.
(Menyimpan semua kerja di dalam peranti simpanan
sekunder dan jangan menyimpannya di dalam

10. Do not bring in bags, food and drink into the lab.
(Dilarang bawa masuk beg, makanan dan minuman)
11. Turn off the computer accordingly after use.
(Tutup komputer selepas menggunakannya)
12. Switch off all power supplies before leaving the lab.
(Tutup semua plug elektrik sebelum meninggalkan
makmal)
