America, South America, and Asia, etc. They are using a
standardized approach, because they are focusing on
similarities rather than on differences, because they say
every one has a skin and most of them will have the same
need and wants for their skin.

The promotion of NIVEA is consumer-led. Using
various below-the-line routes, NIVEA identifies
ways of talking to teenagers (and their mums)
directly.
A key part of the strategy is the use of product
