Rules and Guidelines


GENERAL RULES
 ELIGIBILITY OF CONTESTANTS
There shall be no age limit provide that the participant is
officially enrolled in the level where he/she is competing.
A contestant is allowed to participate in one (10 event
only. He/ she shall not be allowed to participate or be
contestant in any other events in Cultural, Academic
Contests (except for musical events).
Gold medalists in the Provincial level contests can no
longer participate in the same event in the succeeding
Sector or District Meets. However, they can still participate
in the same event under another category or other events in
the same category.
SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES

 For the District Level, there shall be a pre-registration of


entries in all events in 10 days before the contest date.
 For the Provincial Level, there shall be a re- registration 5
days before the contest date.
 The first five placers (1st – 5th) in the Sector Meet shall
represent the sector in the District Meet.
 The first three placers (1st , 2nd, 3rd) in the District Meet
shall represent the district in the Provincial Meet.
 Collegiate level competitions will be held during the
Provincial Meet.
COACHING

 There shall be orientation/deliberation of coaches before


the contest proper.
 Coaches are prohibited from staying near or talking to the
contestants once the contest has started.
 Coaches who are proven to have violated the rules and
regulations shall be banned from joining BULPRISA
Contests.
