Narration: Before advanced technology, recruiting for
job seekers would include calling, mailing, or meeting
someone one on one. Recruiting has become easier as many
people now submit online resumes, have online interviews,
and can contact someone faster at any part of the world. This
adapted to more companies expanding worldwide and
having employers overseas.

Narration: Data analysis has also increased drastically in
the workplace during the advancement of technology. If the
amount of data stored from past employers and numbers of
the company was kept in paper, the world would run out of
trees. New technology helps keep track of employers data in
an organized fashion.

their account. This not only protects the employer themselves, but also the

Narration: There are a few downsides to this though. One downfall
to technology is too much data itself. Data now has to be stored for
security reasons and may overflow at times. Another issue is an employer
