Work Order Data- Resource Evaluation
1) Rep PMO / NTD routine operate and release work order data, analysis staff efficiency, develop inefficient staff
improvement program, and continuously improve project delivery efficiency.
2) Regional PMO / NTD / HR should routinely conduct operational analysis of data, formulate delivery efficiency
improvement methods and optimize order management rules to guide the project team to continuously improve
the delivery efficiency

1 Work Saturation Personal actually total work orders complete time / monthly standard working hours
2 Timely completion rate Personal work orders numbers / total work order numbers of project.
3 Work order efficiency Personal average numbers of daily work orders / project average numbers of daily work orders
The project leaders routinely check work efficiency, focusing on stuffs whose work saturation or timely completion rate is less than 50%,
stuffs whose work order efficiency ranking last 10% based on the same type of work order, stuffs that don’t have work order for one week.
For above staff,project leaders should promptly analyze and counseling staff and develop work efficiency improvement plan.
Project evaluation rules,Based on three dimensions scoring :work saturation, timely completion rate and work order efficiency
Evaluation score = work saturation × 50 + timely completion rate × 30 + work order efficiency × 20
The evaluation score is referred for performance evaluation, in principle, if the the evaluation score of the project group ranked lower than
the top 30%, the evaluation score is not higher than 4 points, ranking behind 30%, evaluation is not higher than 2 points. (5 points totally)
