WebFocus Solutions, Inc. Company is a Philippine-based IT company specializing in offering
web hosting solutions to organizations of various sizes. ServoBox stands above the rest of other
hosting companies by being the lowest cost, the most customer-oriented hosting company in
the Philippines. Our alliance in the US is one of the biggest in the world in providing hosting
solutions. This gives us access to the finest data structure in the world. Established in 2001, our
company currently host the websites of some of the most high profile companies and
organizations in the country.
Our company believes in giving the best customer service to our clients. This means providing
consistent quality service, helping the clients with all their questions, problems, and suggesting
the best hosting package to meet their requirements, and being readily available to offer technical
support.
Our network is built on a series of dedicated links between all of our facilities using multiple high-
speed connections. Our 10GB/OC192 network architecture provides a superior IT platform to
support your online business growth and new technology innovations. We have strategic peering
relationships with over 500 networks and we utilize four Tier 1 upstream providers - Level 3,
Savvis, AT&T and Sprint - to ensure continued high performance. Peering lets us reduce latency
between the networks, avoid additional third-party network costs, and pass the savings on to you.
Data Center
Our data center is geographically located near an internet exchange point to minimize traffic
hops and optimize performance.
Security
Monitored closed circuit television and 24x7 onsite security personnel guard the facility while
military-grade pass card access and biometric handscan units provide further layers of
security.
Support Personnel
Network Operations Center (NOC) staff monitors the network 24x7, with network engineers
available at any time in the event of an emergency. You have access to phone or online support
at any time of the day or night.

Our Recommendations
Below is the specifications of our recommendation for your requirements. We provide our clients
options which will tailor-fit to their specific needs. Should there be a technical specifications you would
like to add we are open for your suggestions.

WebFocus guarantees the functioning of all Dedicated Hardware and will replace any failed
component at no cost to the customer within four hours following WebFocus receipt of
customer’s trouble ticket concerning the Dedicated Hardware (Replacement Guarantee).
Dedicated Hardware means the Processor(s), RAM, Hard disk(s), motherboard, NIC card and
other related hardware listed in the service. Replacement Guarantee does not include the time
required to rebuild a RAID array or the reload of the operating systems and applications or
changes to Dedicated Hardware during Maintenance, as defined below.
WebFocus guarantees that its power and HVAC systems will be available 100% of the time in
a given month, excluding Maintenance, as defined below. “Infrastructure Downtime” means:
(a) the WebFocus power or HVAC systems are not available and (b) Customer submits a
WebFocus trouble ticket detailing the unavailability of the WebFocus power or HVAC systems
resulting in customer downtime. Infrastructure Downtime does not include downtime issues
related to power supplies on Customer’s server.
WebFocus guarantees that the WebFocus network will be available 100% of the time,
excluding Maintenance, as defined below. Customers are eligible for a credit for Network
Downtime for any breach of this guarantee, which can be verified by WebFocus’s technical
support team. “Network Downtime” is defined as an inability to transmit and receive data
caused by failure of network equipment managed and owned by WebFocus, excluding
Maintenance.
Service Credit
WSI will provide equivalent credit of the duration of the failure, applied against fees for the
service subject to the network failure. For example, where applicable pursuant to this SLA: a
failure lasting eight (8) hours would result in credit of eight hours of free service; a Failure
lasting fifteen (15) minutes would result in 15 minutes credit. No credit will exceed the
equivalent credit of customers’ fees for such service.
Exceptions
The guarantee does not apply if Infrastructure Downtime or Network Downtime is caused by:
(i) actions of the Customer or others authorized by Customer to use the Service under the
Agreement; (ii) the failure of power facilities , equipment, systems or connections not provided
by WebFocus;(iii) the failure of Third Party Service to WebFocus’s network; (iv) application,
software, or operating system failure, (v) the result of network maintenance activity, (vi) Denial
of Service attack, hacker activity, or other malicious event or code targeted against WebFocus
or a WebFocus Customer, or (vii) failure of any Network or Internet Infrastructure not owned or
managed by WebFocus Server hardware replacement guarantee does not include time
required to perform data restores and backups if applicable.

Reporting of Problems
WebFocus provides technical support 24 hours a day except on Saturday and Sundays. We
encourage our customers to email their problems to [email protected] or in case of
emergency, the customer can call our hotline at +63(2)706.5796. During weekends, you may call

A ticket number will automatically be provided to the Customer promptly after ticket creation, and
Technical Support personnel will review the support request within the time frame listed above. WSI
may re classify any ticket misclassified as falling into one of the EMERGENCY categories listed
above, and such tickets will not qualify for EMERGENCY treatment.
Database problem
Level 3 - Dedicated Hosting server installations, configuration Maintenance and responsible in
supporting server major issues for both software (e.g. WEB, DNS, MAIL and DATABASE and
hardware (e.g. HARDISK, MEMORY and NETWORK CONNECTIVITY)
