 Other planning elements which serve special purposes (9

The Project Charter

 A Project Charter consists of most, if not all, of the nine


items described in the project plan, PLUS the sign-off
on the plan by all the major stakeholders.
 STAKEHOLDERS: project sponsor, client user, project
manager, other concerned SH.
 After everyone signed off, the plan becomes operational

charity. You have reserved a hall that will seat 30 couples and have
hired a jazz combo.
 Develop a Project Charter for this project that contains example
of all the elements. Assume that the event will occur in 4 weeks
time and provide the best estimate of the dates for milestones.
 Continue with a mind map of the planning,
 Finally propose a WBS and RACI matrix for this project.
 P/S You can assume/ create a story along your planning.
