“SAFETY REGULATION IN THE


PRODUCTION AREA”

INTRODUCTION

The production area is an area used to add functionality activity (Utility) goods
and services. The production process is the means, methods, or techniques add to
the goods and services using existing production factors. In the production area
may occur workplace accident, then here are a few rules that exist in the
production area.
OBLIGATION

1. The worker must use APD for minimalizir of risk, among others :
• The worker must wear safety shoes, ear plugs/ear muff, helmet, etc.
2. The production area is including noisy area. The noise may come from a
machines, conveyor machines, mixer machines, electrical panels, and others.
Although the noise is still below the threshold (<85 dB) still obligated to use
ear plug.
NECESSITY

1. The operators are need to read the instruction of maintenance and


operation equipment.
2. The Periodic safety inspection of the workplace is have to be done
properly.
3. The workers are need to put sign “LOTO” when operating the machine to
avoid errors.
POSSIBILITY

1. The tools and equipments may not be stored in rack


2. The plugs, buttons and machines in the area of production may be in good
condition
3. One of the workers in the production are may be lacked concentration
ABILITY

1. When working, the workers can’t use phone while operating the
machine.
2. Only specific operator can be handle a machine.
