Allotment of Land

3 Online application enclosed with necessary fees – Down payment to the extent of 30% (capital value of plot)

Remaining to be paid within 10 years along with the interest at the prevailing rate ranging from 16-18%.

Allotment letter is issued after receiving the down payment and acceptance of offer

The entrepreneurs/ promoter is required to execute an agreement with the corporation . Possession of
plot/shed is given.

Subsequently, the entrepreneur /promoter has to get approval of building plans within the specified time
limit. Post which the water / power connections are obtained

GIDC permits FSI of 1.2 and a plinth ratio of 0.5

The regional offices are empowered to finalize the allotment for all kinds of factory plot area upto 5000 sq. m

• Promote and assist in the rapid and orderly establishment, growth and development of Industries in the State.
• Establish and manage industrial estates at place selected by the State Government.
• Develop industrial area for the purpose and make them available for undertakings to establish.
• Develop land on its own account or the State Government for the purpose of facilitating the location of industries.
• Assist financially by loans for industries to move their factories into such estates or areas.
