Ethics
What is Ethics ?
Ethics is a normative science. It means it
lays down the norms or standards of what
is bad. It specifies what we should do and
what we ought not to do, in a certain
situation.
Business ethics is a branch of ethics that
prescribes standards of how the business
is to be carried out.
They are the moral values that guide the
way corporations or other business make
decisions.
Communication
communication involves the sharing of
ideas and information.

It
is an interaction between two people in
which something is exchanged.
Types
Verbal Communication:
 Oral Communication: 
information spoken by mouth; the use of speech.
o Face to face communication,
o Telephonic Communication,
o Public Address System (Speech).
 Written Communication: Communication by means of written
symbols (either printed or handwritten).
o Orders
o Instructions
o Letters
o Memos
o Reports, Policy manuals, Information Bulletin, etc. 
Nonverbal Communication:
 Body Language and Posture
 Sign Language:
A sign language is a language which, instead of conveyed
sound patterns, uses visually transmitted sign patterns.

Significance of ethical communication
 Ethics are those Moral Principles, which
guide the conduct of an individual and
ethical behavior
When organization communicates internally,
it shapes the value of its employees
It influence the perception of External Public
 Ethical communication enhances human
worth and dignity for self and others
“One is Honest with employers, Co-workers,
and Clients never seeking personal gain by
making others look better or worse then
they are, don’t allow personal preferences
to influence your perception or the
perception of others and act in good faith”
