Controllers having a requirement to transmit
information with respect to a an ADS-B or radar
ground system failure to all stations concerned
should preface such transmission by the general
call ALL STATIONS ADS-B/Radar FAILURE,
followed by the identification of the calling station.
The resumption of the normal use of ADS-B Radar
shall be advised by using the following phrase:
