    Building energy efficient
    An energy- efficient building is one that
    minimizes the use of conventional energy (in
    particular non-renewable energy ) , in order to
    conserve and make rational use of it. Energy
    efficiency or energy efficiency arises from the
    ratio of useful energy or used by a system and the
    total energy consumed.
    It is necessary to establish a criterion to define the local energy. To the
    extent that energy consumption per unit of product produced or the
    services is declining, it increases energy efficiency.

    Both the technology available, as responsable habits make it possible to


    lower power consumption, improving the competitiveness of enterprises
    and quality of life.
    Strategies for energy efficiency
    Thermal insulation envelope (walls ,
    ceilings and windows).
    Reduction of heat losses in winter
    infiltration.
    Use efficient lighting using energy-
    saving lamps.
    Modernization of energy facilities in
    the building and improvement of the
    energy rating of the same.
