Burn Down Chart

The document describes a burn down chart, which is used to track project progress by showing the amount of work remaining over time. It lists the purpose of a burn down chart as seeing when a project will finish, if it is on track, and if team members are on track. It then provides examples of data to include in the chart, such as stories, tasks, people assigned, and start dates. It describes setting up the chart with columns for each day and filling in remaining effort. The goal is for the line on the chart to reach zero by the completion date.
