Projection: Pradeep Singh

The document discusses different types of technical drawings and projections. It defines projection as any representation of an object on a surface using drawing. There are two main types of projection: orthographic and pictorial. Orthographic projection uses parallel lines to project an object's views, producing front, top, and side views. Pictorial projection shows length, height, and depth in a single view and includes axonometric, oblique, and perspective projections. Isometric projection is a type of axonometric projection that shows equal angles between the three planes. The document also contrasts first and third angle orthographic projection systems.

ORTHOGRAPHICPROJECTION
An orthographicprojection consistsof the viewobtainedview when
the object is viewed from very far away, so that the resulting rays
