Business Requirement:
All the Sales Orders which have Open & Partially delivered status,
should be closed on the last day of month or on the day before Price
change take place in the SAP.

How to do it in SAP?
Identification of Open Sales orders & Partially delivered Sales
Orders through the report of Open Orders VA05.

Apply the reason of rejection on all the Open Sales Orders


through the T Code VKM3.

After the application of Reason for Rejection All the Open &
Partially delivered Sales Orders will be closed.
