Schedule Calculations: Computer Support For Successful Project Management: Using MS

The document discusses key schedule calculation terms used in Microsoft Project, including: 1) Critical Path - the longest path through a project network that determines the earliest completion. 2) Free Float - the amount of time an activity can be delayed without delaying its successor. 3) It describes how to calculate total float using early/late start and finish dates, and the formulas for float. 4) The forward and backward pass process for scheduling is outlined, showing how activities are scheduled based on predecessor relationships and durations.
