GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
To rehabilitate 533,425 severly wasted (SW) and 1,385,039 wasted
(W) from kinder garaten to grade 6 into normal nutritional status
at the end of 120 feeding days

To improve classroom attendance of target beneficiaries from 85% to


100%
To ensure 100% deworming coverage of target beneficiaries prior to
feeding
To ensure daily handwashing and tooth brushing activities of target
beneficiaries
To promote health and nutrition information and awareness
To encourage Gulayan sa Paaralan and vegetables backyard gardening

In Division of Isabela:

20,000 BENEFICIARIES
DURATION
The feeding shall be done for 120 days or extended

Expected to commence July and not later than September 2016


BUDGET ALLOCATION
16.00 pesos/beneficiary/feeding
2.00 pesos/beneficiary/operational expenses x 120 feeding
days
ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
The expenses allowed under this program are:
basic eating/cooking utensils
common office supplies needed for the preparation of reports
minimal transportation expenses
water, dishwashing soap
LPG, charcoal, firewood, kerosene and labor/service of cook

Other expenses related to SBFP or feeding proper like utensils may be sourced
out from other local funds (canteen funds, MOOE, Special Education Fund)

- Hot meals only is served
- The food shall be served and consumed only in the
feeding area

CRITERIA:
1. Percentage of beneficiaries rehabilitate to normal status
2 Compliance with the guidelines
3. Establishment of vegetable garden
4. Good practices developed and learned
5. Involvement of parents and community
6. Advocacy and resource mobilization activities
7. Prompt submission of reports
MONITORING AND EVALUATION
THE SDO SHALL CONDUCT A SPOT MONITORING IN ALL SCHOOL
BENEFICIARIES
Check the implementation of the program
Check the financial status of the school beneficiaries
All school beneficiaries shall have a SBFP transparency
board posted in the feeding area
PENALTIES
ANY VIOLATION IN THE PROVISION SHALL BE DEALTH WITH
ADMINISTRATIVELY, PURSUANT TO DEPED ORDER NO. 49, S. 2006
- Delayed liquidation and reports:
- PBB shall be greatly affected
(not just the school head but the school as a
whole)

- The school head shall organize the SBFP core grp.
- Submit to SDO the lists of target beneficiaries
- The school head shall oversee the daily implementation
- Submit on time the necessary documents and liquidation to the
SDO
- Partnerships to LGUs, NGOs, CSOs and other groups
- Submit to SDO the terminal report after completion of the program
