Reason for being cast:
This is the most important casting in the production as Karinas role is the main role in the production. We
chose Niambh to play the role because she is an A level Drama student and therefore is an experienced
actor. As well as, her appearance is well suited to Karina, Niambh is a reliable actor who has good time
keeping and was recommended to our group.

Character: Hayden
Reason for being cast:
We decided to cast Liam for the role of Hayden as his personality and characteristics suit the role of
Hayden. Liam is also an A level drama student and has had experience in acting before in school
productions. Liam is a reliable actor who has good time keeping as he has been used in other A level
media productions and was recommended to our group. Liam also lived local to the main location for
film and therefore he would be reliable to come down for filming frequently.

Character: Haydens sister
Reason for being cast:
We decided to cast Sophie for the role of Haydens sister as she's is an A level drama student so
therefore is experienced. As Sophie is playing Haydens sister her physical appearance is similar to the
actor playing Hayden, this helps the production as the actors both have to look related. The scenes
Sophie would be in were very local to where she lives this makes her reliable for filming regularly.

We decided to cast Danielle as a passer by as she is the director so therefore will be at all filming, this
makes her reliable as it will be easy for her to come and film regularly. Danielle also fitted the
characteristics and the role of the passer by.
