INTRODUCTION
The Journal article of Michal Frenkel & Yehouda Shenhav on
Americanization to Colonization encapsulates the productivity
journey of Palestine during the British colonization which was later
followed by the Americanization by way of technical assistance to
the newly established state of Israel.

educational and professional training approaches at a higher momentum during last
decade.

Colonization and Americanization brought various effects in to our
management practices
Earlier days British colonial rulers were directly imposing policies
Powerful countries in the west will create alliances with donor and
funding organizations
take control indirectly through resource infusion and enforce policies
and practices on developing countries.
Neo-colonization has multitude fallouts like increasing the disparity of
rich and poor countries, exploitation of natural resources in underdeveloped countries, changes in life styles and erosion of cultural values
Sri Lankan context most of these Western concepts are practicing as it
without modifications or hybridization
