In order to streamline the process flow
and to enhance the standards of the
organisation, We gone for a plan of ISO.
ISO: 9001:2015
Continual Improvement
Monthly once visit done by consultant
To check and modification that has to
be carried out to enhance the process.
Training for Staffs given duly to
practice the standards in organization.
Infrastructure Modification- Office and
Factory premises infrastructure has
been changed as per the standard.

various levels, checklist, Project scheduling,
witness report) has been implemented and
followed.
Infrastructure Standardization
Though we had well organizational
environment, Improvements has been
made for standardization.
Improvements like Cubical structures,
Partition for Admin and Engineering
areas, Yellow line mark us has been
implemented for office area.
Separate space allocation for stores,
area allocation for each domain like
(work area, scrap, Dispatch area, Pallet
Trolley) has been done in our
assembling unit.

Material Standardization
Materials that has been procured for both
internal use and also for project purpose has
been maintained regularly.
Separate racks for files and lockers has been
provided to store the materials in office areas
and racks facilities has been provided to store
the tools and materials in assembly unit.
Format documents has been prepared to take
inward of materials, to use it for the projects
and to dispatch to the customers.
Log registers has been maintained for all
materials that are available in store and used
for project activities.
