God gave Paul the power to perform
unusual miracles. When
handkerchiefs or aprons that had
merely touched his skin were placed
on sick people, they were healed of
their diseases, and evil spirits were
expelled.
Ground Level
Freedom from demonic
activity connected to
addictions, phobias, sickness,
and mental illness.

Helping ourselves and others

• from addictions
• fears & phobias
• anger, bitterness & hatred
• lies & distorted beliefs
• physical afflictions
• mental & emotional torment

A number of them who had been
practicing sorcery brought their
incantation books and burned them
at a public bonfire. The value of the
books was several million dollars. So
the message about the Lord spread
widely and had a powerful effect.
Occult Level Warfare
Freedom from demonic activity
connected with the occult.

The Occult
Anything that is occult is not
spiritually neutral!
Exposure to any object,
practice, or material that is
occult will open a person to
demonic activity.

I’m also concerned that the temple of
the great goddess Artemis will lose
its influence and that Artemis—this
magnificent goddess worshiped
throughout the province of Asia and
all around the world—will be robbed
of her great prestige!

generated by principalities and
powers over a specific territory.

Resist
The Greek word for “resist” is
anthistemi which means:
to set one's self against, to
withstand, resist, to oppose.

Next to him was Shammah son of
Agee the Hararite. When the Philistines
banded together at a place where there
was a field full of lentils, Israel's troops
fled from them. 12 But Shammah took his
stand in the middle of the field. He
defended it and struck the Philistines
down, and the LORD brought about
a great victory.
Pushing Back

2. Praying into the Opposite spirit.
3. Walking in the Opposite spirit.
4. Worshipping the Lord.
5. Renouncing all involvement with
the Occult.
Ephesians 6:12 (NLT)
For we are not fighting against
flesh-and-blood enemies, but
against evil rulers and authorities
of the unseen world, against
mighty powers in this dark world,
and against evil spirits in the
heavenly places.

For we are not wrestling with flesh and
blood [contending only with physical
opponents], but against the despotisms,
against the powers, against [the master
spirits who are] the world rulers of this
present darkness, against the spirit
forces of wickedness in the heavenly
(supernatural) sphere.
Principalities
The Greek word for “principality” is
arche which means:
The one in first place, the most
important or the principal ruler.
An arche is a “prince” demon that
influences from their high position
in the supernatural world.

These “prince” demons are assigned
to specific realms of influence.

Daniel 10:12-13

Then the devil took him up and revealed
to him all the kingdoms of the world in a
moment of time. “I will give you the
glory of these kingdoms and authority
over them,” the devil said, “because
they are mine to give to anyone I
please. I will give it all to you if you will
worship me.”
Revelation 11:15
Then the seventh angel blew his
trumpet, and there were loud
voices shouting in heaven: “The
world has now become the
Kingdom of our Lord and of his
Christ, and he will reign forever
and ever.”

In the same way, these people—who
claim authority from their dreams—live
immoral lives, defy authority, and scoff
at supernatural beings. But even
Michael, one of the mightiest of the
angels, did not dare accuse the devil of
blasphemy, but simply said, “The Lord
rebuke you!” (Jude 1:8-9)

“O God, You are God above all that are
called gods. At Your Name every idol is
destroyed, and every evil spirit and
every unclean power must flee. And
now, show Your mercy in this place.
These people have been deceived by
the evil spirit in this place. I ask it to
flee in the Name of Jesus Christ.”
