    •Prepare and Serve “Prasad” to Vaishnavs and Devotees Every Sunday and during large Utsavs
    •Food Catering Services

    • Prasad Preparation (Cutting Vegetables, Cooking etc)
    •Food Preparation for Catering orders
    •Ordering and pick-up of Kitchen Supplies
    • Dining Room Setup (chairs, Table, serving table)
    •Serve Prasad

    Group
    What do we do ?
    •Offer “Bhajans” and “Kirtans” to Lord Shrinathji during weekly Satsang, Religious and
    Cultural Events.

    • You can be a Singer
    •You can play instruments – Harmonium, Keyboard or Tabla

    Shreemaya Facilities Team
    What do we do ?
    • Upgrades and Maintenance of various aspects of the facility
    •Getting Facility setup for large events
    • Scheduling and co-ordination of facility Rentals

    Where can you help ?


    • Help in Upgrade and Maintenance Projects with your Handyman skills
    • Help in Day to Day activities in the facility
    • Create and implement Process to improve operation efficiency

    Shreemaya Cultural & Religious
    Team
    What do we do ?
    •Plan and Execute Cultural and Religious Events (Holi, Navratri, Diwali, Annakut,
    Mahaprabhuji Prakotsav, India Republic Day, Makarsankrantri, Annual Picnic…… etc)

    Where can you help ?


    •Take part in planning of Cultural and/or Religious events – skits, Manorath, Prasad
    • Share your knowledge on Pushtimarg, Indian Culture through your involvement with
    the rest of the Parivar

    Shreemaya Audio & Video Team
    What do we do ?
    •Provide Audio and Video support for all events.
    •Set up Audio-video equipment, Projectors, Screens, Videography, Speakers
    •Broadcast of lectures and Events through teleconference and through the Internet.

    Where can you help ?


    •share your knowledge on operating the Audio system, Video equipment
    • Assist with Videography & Photography during large Utsavs
    • Laptop and Microphone set up for Weekly Satsang and other large events
    • Make recommendation in purchase and installation of new equipments (LCD TV, Webcasting, etc)

    What do we do ?
    •Plan, Design and doing the decorations of the Mandir (Rangoli, Putting “Pichwais” etc)
    •Decorations of the spectacular ‘Manoraths” that we offer to our beloved Shrijibawa

    • Share your artistic abilities and creativity
    • Design, Planning and execution of all the decorations

    What do we do ?
    • Communicate with Vaishnav Devotees – email, phone calls and Website
    • Create and maintain Marketing Material (BAVYP Brochure, Presentations, etc)
    • Host “Welcome Booths” at the temple on an ongoing basis
    • Track and follow up on “Devotee Suggestion Box”
    • Maintain Vaishnav Database
    • Weekly Mass emails (“Shreeemay e-nformation”), News letter, etc
    • Build relationship with Business Sponsors, Local and International Media

    What do we do ?
    • Maintain BAYVP’s Website (www.bayvp.org) to keep all the devotees updated with the different activities
    at BAYVP.

    Where can you help ?


    • Help in keeping the content current on our website.
    • Work on adding new features to the website to make the Website more dynamic
    • Be part of the Re-design team for the NEW BAYVP Website

    What do we do ?
    • Provide inspiration for a higher way of life
    • Offer various religious, cultural and educational programs
    • Activities for all age groups (toddlers, teenagers to seniors) to get involved at BAYVP

    Where can you help ? (any and all – tan, man, dhan)
    • Help in day to day activities (like front desk, classroom readiness, snack, etc.)
    • Help during special events – parent communication, props, etc.
    • Teach one of the class or start a new class
