    Professional Development September
    In the past month DynaSpeak staff
    participated in the fourth in a series of 5
    annual professional development
    workshops, in this case to upgrade various
    skills ranging from use of new software,
    through communication techniques, to
    better time management.

    Professional Development
    Forty-five DynaSpeak teachers from across Auckland gathered for our
    July Teachers Professional Development Workshops, held over two
    days. Apart from a convivial occasion for staff to socialise and share
    their experience, highlights included research-based group presentations
    by all teachers sharing best practice, sessions on reflective teaching and
    learning processes from an indigenous Mori perspective and a
    Webinar by leading expert in applied linguistics at Victoria University
    (Wellington), Professor Paul Nation, on the 10 best vocabulary building
    activities!

    Tailor-Made Group Study Tours


    In July 2015, DynaSpeak welcomed 30 students from
    the highly respected Hanyang University in Korea.
    The name HanYang derives from the ancient name of
    the Korean capital, used during the Chosun Dynasty.
    Its motto and educational philosophy is "Love in Truth
    and Deed".

    Examination Centre - January
    The DynaSpeak Examination Centre based at Queen Street in
    central Auckland is recognised as an authorised Cambridge
    Examination Centre by Cambridge Language Assessment.
    The Examination Centre offers a full suite of internationally
    respected Cambridge Examinations on fixed dates throughout
    the year, and other dates are also available for groups by
    arrangement with the Examination Centre Manager.
    DynaSpeak is the first Cambridge Examination Centre in New
    Zealand

    Teaching Team
    DynaSpeak's IELTS Teaching Team has the skills
    and knowledge to make you an IELTS champion.
    Angela, Anahina, Madeleine and Deborah want
    every IELTS student to achieve top results! They
    work with you for your success in Listening,
    Reading, Speaking and Writing - and a great IELTS
    band score!

    Student Seminars
    Every two weeks DynaSpeak intermediate students present a
    seminar. They have prepared over the previous two weeks.
    This activity has proved very successful and popular. It
    prepares students in the art of presentation and teaches them
    some very important skills for further study at University. It is
    also very useful to everyone, as it develops confidence.
    Students who have already participated in the presentations
    often comment that they feel more confident and comfortable in
    expressing themselves in spoken English.
